Tony Mira
Interim Chief Executive Officer

Tony Mira is the interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coronis Health and a healthcare executive with specialized experience in revenue cycle and practice management solutions. With over four decades of experience and expertise, Tony has a proven track record of success in building organizations from start-up through growth and development, ultimately into fully functioning, prosperous entities. He is an innovative leader who constantly remains agile, seeking opportunities for growth and development. 

Tony’s natural ability to identify, mentor and develop high-functioning teams is second to none. He firmly believes that you care and nurture staff to the highest levels, and they will, in turn, show those same levels of engagement and respect with clients. Tony has leveraged entrepreneurial acumen with global team building seamlessly throughout his career to drive unprecedented growth and stability across organizations. 

As an executive leader, Tony has amassed significant experience as a board member, advisor, and leader to various businesses and organizations. His expertise and service include time with AlertWatch, a University of Michigan-backed healthcare tech start-up; ePreop, a start-up focusing on clinical productivity and workflow documentation; and MediSens, a UCLA-based healthcare tech manufacturing startup that specializes in wireless sensor technology. 

In addition, he has also served on the board of Spring Arbor University as an advisory board member and with the City of Jackson, Michigan, where he served as a board member for the Anchor Initiative. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial and corporate responsibilities, Tony is committed to serving and giving back to others. He has served on the board of the Greenhills School and has also financially supported the University of Michigan Medical School, empowering underprivileged minorities, the Empowerment Plan of Detroit, and the Ozone House. 

His entrepreneurial success has centered around his founding and leadership of MiraMed Global Services. The organization was founded in 1979 in Michigan with one client, focusing on serving the US healthcare systems. They specialized in working with large healthcare companies and physician groups, handling business processes, and managing revenue cycles. As the organization grew, Tony built high-functioning teams to serve the organizational needs across multiple global locations, including India and the Philippines. 

Throughout the organization’s history, Tony leveraged several acquisitions to broaden the footprint of the company. Ultimately, he grew the organization to a total staff of 8,000, serving a broad range of the healthcare industry in the U.S.

In 2022, MiraMed Global Services merged with Coronis Health, a global revenue cycle management company offering specialized solutions and industry-leading technology to healthcare providers and facilities.

Fred Fazio

Fred Fazio brings a wealth of experience in investment banking and private equity to his role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Coronis Health. With a career spanning over 18 years, Fred is responsible for overseeing the financial and risk management strategies of the company.

Prior to joining the team, Fred served as CFO at MiraMed Global Services, which recently merged with Coronis Health. Fred was also the Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he played a key role in delivering investment banking services specifically tailored to the Healthcare Information Technology sector. His expertise and insights contributed to the success of numerous projects during his tenure. 

Before his time at Cantor Fitzgerald, Fred spent 11 years as a Managing Director in the healthcare group at Jefferies, where he further honed his financial expertise and established himself as a trusted professional in the field.

Fred’s passion for finance and investments led him to serve in the private equity group at New York Life Capital Partners, where he gained valuable experience and insights into the world of private equity transactions. He began his impressive career in the leveraged finance group at Deutsche Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in finance and leveraged his skills to contribute to the success of various financial initiatives.

Fred holds a Bachelor of Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, with a focus on Finance. His educational background, combined with his extensive industry experience, enables him to make informed financial decisions and guide Coronis Health toward continued growth and success. Fred’s dedication to his field and his commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the company.

Paul Holland
Chief Revenue Officer

Paul Holland is an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer with over 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare technology and services. He serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Coronis Healthcare, where he oversees all commercial efforts, driving growth and supporting strategic company objectives.

Before joining Coronis, Paul held positions of Senior Vice President at R1 RCM and Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for MedAssist. Paul is a graduate of The Virginia Military Institute and is based in the Atlanta area with his wife and their two children.

Doug Marcey
Senior Vice President of Technology

Doug Marcey joined Coronis Health in 2023, having served as CTO of the MiraMed family company Plexus Technology Group since 2016. Mr. Marcey leads our IT teams to provide the technology needed to support the Coronis mission, including stable infrastructure, flexible cloud computing, powerful custom software, and innovative automation and machine learning platforms. Mr. Marcey has had a diverse background across a number of verticals, including government/defense contracting, entertainment, financial institutions, and NGOs. He started his career in healthcare technology as an NIH contractor in 2004 and has been working on EMR/EHR and RCM solutions since 2006. He studied computer science, and artificial intelligence at George Mason University.

Neda Ryan is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in healthcare-focused revenue cycle management (RCM). Although initially focused on pursuing a career outside of healthcare and RCM, working at a boutique healthcare law firm early in her career quickly changed her trajectory. Neda is no stranger to the ever-evolving legal and compliance regulations in healthcare. 

Throughout her career, Neda has had the privilege of collaborating with various healthcare providers, suppliers, and businesses, providing invaluable guidance on compliance, corporate matters, and strategic initiatives. This multifaceted exposure to RCM has given Neda the opportunity to understand the industry’s unique dynamics.

Outside of her experience as a legal expert, Neda managed MiraMed Global Services’ offshore operations before the company merged with Coronis Health. This distinctive vantage point greatly influences her role as Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel (CLO/GC) at Coronis Health, enabling her to not only understand the unique services offered by the organization but also to identify potential challenges, capitalize on strengths, and identify growth opportunities in alignment with Coronis’s strategic plan.

As CLO/GC at Coronis, Neda plays a pivotal role in assessing and advising the management team on organizational risks. She collaborates closely with operational and functional leaders to develop strategies aimed at mitigating these risks. Following the merger between Coronis and MiraMed, Neda spearheaded the centralization of the contracting process, including the development and implementation of new contract templates, helping to successfully position the organization in managing contractual risk. Along with Chief Compliance Officer Bellinger Moody, Neda has fostered a uniform culture of compliance across Coronis, which continues to take shape and reinforce the organization’s commitment to adherence.

Kai Williams
Chief Human Resources Officer

Kai Williams is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Coronis Health, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise in various industries such as finance, printing, manufacturing, marketing, and technology. Throughout her career, Kai has established herself as a trusted advisor and catalyst for change, consistently delivering outstanding results. Her professional journey includes positions at Apex, Epsilon, RR Donnelley, and Bank of America.

With over 20 years of experience as a Global Human Resources Executive, Kai has successfully conceived, led, and executed numerous HR initiatives. She has led teams across different locations worldwide, including the United States, India, Singapore, London, and Ireland. Kai is deeply passionate about leadership development and is a member of the John Maxwell Certified Leadership team. Additionally, she serves as a DISC consultant, leveraging her expertise in behavioral assessments to drive organizational success.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Kai holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling, crafting, and volunteering. Kai is particularly passionate about working with youth, unlocking their potential, and instilling the importance of a positive mindset. She serves on the advisory board for Circle Ten Council, a local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America in Dallas. Kai is also the co-founder of the Page 1 Foundation College Prep and Mentoring Academy. Additionally, she is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Kai has an extensive track record of success in driving productivity, performance, compliance, and revenue through HR initiatives. With expertise in employee relations, recruitment/retention, staff development, regulatory compliance, HR policies, and benefits administration, she brings a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of human resources leadership.

A skilled communicator, strategic planner, and crisis management professional, Kai excels at handling emergency situations and developing corporate strategies to address issues such as COVID-19, diversity and inclusion, and social unrest. She has served as an Executive Sponsor for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, demonstrating her commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

With this frame of mind, concentration on these activities allows stronger results to come forth.

Markus Muhlhauser
Senior Vice President

Markus Muhlhauser brings over 20 years of expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management to Coronis Health. Prior to joining Coronis, Markus founded PractiSource – a full-service medical billing and RCM company catering to Lab facilities. Markus also served as CEO of PhyLogic Healthcare, a nationwide physician revenue service company he founded in 2001. He led PhyLogic to 10 years of consistent, positive growth without exception. In 2011, PhyLogic was acquired by ADP AdvancedMD where Markus served as VP of Business Development and RCM Sales.

Prior to 2001, he was founder and president of MGM Integrated Services, the business development and sales and marketing division of a large billing and practice management systems company. Markus started his career as a Reimbursement Specialist with the Medical Bureau of Economics (MA) where he led large A/R management projects and served as a client liaison to clients such as Massachusetts General Hospital. Markus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hartford.

He understands that our clients work hard and provide valuable services to their patients and therefore deserve to get paid appropriately.

Markus and his wife, Ania, have three children. He and his family live in Connecticut and also spend significant time in Florida. Markus served his community in the field of law enforcement as well as in the United States Marine Corps. He currently volunteers his time as a Chief Instructor in Wildlife Conservation for the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection and serves on multiple boards.

Through his experiences in the pathology laboratory, Chad has developed and employs his in-depth understanding of the workflow and idiosyncrasies of the pathology laboratory to drive results.
